Ally is a senior pursuing an honors dual degree in mass communication:

broadcast journalism and political science at Louisiana State University. Ally is a News Apprentice / Multimedia Journalist at WBRZ Channel 2 News in Baton Rouge. She has also worked for LSU's news station, Tiger TV, as a reporter for three years. In addition to reporting, she is currently an anchor and Assistant Station Manager for Tiger TV. Ally also has experience with network news as she worked as a summer intern for NBC's TODAY Show.


Professors and professionals have applauded Ally's unique ideas, story-telling, investigating and video editing. She is one of the top 20 winners for the 2021 and 2022 Hearst Journalism Award's Television Feature, and she is a recipient of the 2021 Louisiana Association of Broadcasters Scholarship.
